Calm privacy policy visual with Ballroom Pages editorial documents and subtle dance-inspired design details.
Privacy information should be clear, findable, and easy to review.

About this page

Ballroom Pages is being rebuilt as a clear, editorial learning resource for ballroom dance. This page helps you find the official Privacy Policy, manage cookie preferences, and understand how privacy may relate to forms, newsletters, downloads, analytics, and third-party music or media platforms.

The full legal policy should be generated through Termageddon or reviewed by the site owner and legal counsel before publication. The short sections around the policy are here to make the page easier to use; they do not replace the official policy text.

Third-party media

Music playlists and third-party embeds

Visual showing third-party music playlist links and media embeds with a privacy boundary.
Third-party platforms may process data under their own policies when users interact with media.

Ballroom Pages preserves and organizes dance music resources as part of the Music & Timing library. Playlist resources may include verified links or consent-safe embeds from third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube/YouTube Music, and Telegram.

When you click a playlist link, play embedded media, subscribe to a channel, or interact with a third-party platform, that platform may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. On this Privacy Policy page, link cards are preferred over live embeds so readers can understand the privacy context before interacting with external media.

Legacy playlist groups may include Ballroom/Standard, American Rhythm, International Latin, and American Smooth. Style-specific playlists may include Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, Mambo, Samba, Paso Doble, and Jive. Older legacy material may have used the typo “Balero”; the public display name should be corrected to Bolero.

Email & downloads

Newsletter and downloads

Ballroom Pages may offer newsletters, beginner guides, timing cheat sheets, wedding dance resources, or other downloads. When a signup or download form asks for information, the form should clearly explain what is collected, what the reader receives, and how to unsubscribe or manage preferences.

The full Privacy Policy should identify the confirmed newsletter or form provider, the types of information collected, and any relevant retention or sharing practices.

No spam. Just clear ballroom learning resources, if the newsletter feature is active.
